How to solve Spot trading problem?

Occasionally you may encounter problems with your orders when trading on Nami Exchange. We can divide these into two categories:

The order is not executing

  • Check if the order’s price is in the Order Book or not.
  • If you would like to expedite your order, consider canceling it and submitting a new order at a more competitive price. For a quick settlement, you may also consider using a market order.

The order has a technical issue

When the order cannot be canceled or has some related problems, users need to contact Customer Support and provide a picture of:

  • The order ID
  • Any information that will help the support process

You can contact Customer Support by logging into their account and clicking on the Support icon in the bottom right corner.
