The transaction ID (TxID) or transaction hash is the unique string of characters that the system provides for each verified transaction and added to the blockchain. In other words, TxID is an identifier that the system assigns to each transaction on the blockchain. With TxID, users can search deposit and withdrawal history.

Users can find TxID at Nami Exchange by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Nami account. At the main screen, selecting "Wallet"

Step 2: Select the icon in the top right corner like the image below to enter the transaction history.

Step 3: Choose the transaction which needs to find Txhash/Txid, users will see Txhash as shown in the image below.

When contacting the Nami Support Team about deposit or withdrawal issues, please provide the TxID of the transaction to the customer service team for more effective support.
