How to trade NAO Futures on Nami Exchange

NAO Futures trading is one of the typical products of Nami Exchange, trusted by many users, with a friendly interface, complete features, and high stability. This article will detail how to trade NAO Futures on Nami Exchange application.

User can access to NAO Futures product by click NAO Futures banner and icon from Home interface of Nami Exchange app:


Step 1: Select the leverage level for the position by clicking on the leverage information, enter the desired leverage or use the slide bar below

Tips: NAO Futures supports maximum leverage up to x125

Step 2: Enter the open volume of the position by clicking on the Volume information, enter the desired Position Volume number or drag the slide bar below to select the volume according to the percentage between margin to total balance

Step 3 (optional): Enter Stop-Loss and Take-Profit prices by clicking on the SL-TP information, entering the desired price or dragging the slide bar to the expected profit percentage.

Important Notices:

  • Users can tick the box "Suggested SL-TP" and the system will suggest suitable SL and TP levels, ranging within the Profit Ratio (+/-) 50%-60% of margin. Suggested SL will be available for positions with leverage of x11 and upper, suggested TP will be available for positions with leverage of x21 and upper.
  • Nami recommends users to always set SL for all trading positions to avoid the position being liquidated
  • At Nami Futures and NAO Futures, all orders with SL or TP will be closed with full volume at the selected price.

Step 4: Click “Buy” or “Sell” depending on your needs to send a request to open a position.

Tips: In case users need to quickly transfer assets from Spot wallet to NAO Futures wallet, click on the “+” sign in the Available balance information to move to the Transfer between wallets interface.


With NAO Futures, users can optionally edit the indexes of the activated position, including Editing the SL-TP, Adding volume or Adding margin.

1. SL-TP Adjustment

Select "Edit SL-TP" to adjust the new SL-TP prices for the position then click Confirm

2. Adding volume

Select “Add Volume” to open the Add volume interface. Here, enter the amount of volume you want to increase for the position or drag the slide bar below to select the volume added base on the percentage with current margin.

User can also place aa Add Volume pending order to increase the volume at the desired price by clicking on "Customized".

Note: Add Volume is the act of creating new orders to merge into an active position, this can change position importance indexes of volume, margin, leverage, opening price, and liquidation price...

3. Adding margin

Select “Add Margin” to open the Add Margin interface. Here, enter the amount of margin you want to increase for the position and click "Confirm".

Note: Add Margin will NOT create new orders to merge into an active position, and only changes the liquidated price, NOT changes other indexes of volume, leverage, opening price...


At NAO Futures, there are 2 ways to close positions as follows:

1. Automatically

The position will automatically close in the following cases:

  • Asset price hits SL or TP
  • The asset price hits or exceeds the liquidated price, at which the position's negative profit exceeds the margin

2. Manually

Users can choose to actively close all or part of an active position

Closing the entire position: Click "Close" to submit a request to close the entire position at the market price.

Partially closing a position: Slide "Close Partially" button to choose to partially close the position, user can also choose to place a Partially Closing pending order at desired price by clicking "Customized".


Users can check details of adjustments as well as changes in position indexes by clicking on each active position in the Position screen, or clicking on each closed position in the Order History.
