1. What is a "Network Address"? Why does the system notify  me “The address is not valid. Please confirm with the recipient"?

A cryptocurrency address is a unique string of letters and numbers of a cryptocurrency wallet, which can be used for sending and receiving cryptocurrency. It indicates the location of a wallet on the blockchain.

If the user fills in the wrong address, the system displays an error message (“invalid address”). Please check with the recipient to confirm the withdrawal address and network.

Tip: Always enter the correct address by copying and pasting the QR code. DO NOT enter it manually. If you enter the wrong address, it will lead to property loss.

2. What is a Memo/Tag? Why does the system display the message “Invalid Memo”?

A "Tag" or "Memo" is an additional address feature necessary for identifying a transaction recipient beyond a wallet address.

"The memo is not valid” indicates that you have entered the wrong memo. Please confirm with the recipient to make sure that your information is correct.
