Update the minimum price range ratio algorithm of P-Claim and P-Market

Dear Nami Insurance Community,

To better adapt to price fluctuations of digital assets on the market, Nami Insurance will update the minimum price range ratio algorithm between P-Claim and P-Market at 2023-11-10 13:00 (UTC).

Accordingly, the price gap ratio will be continuously updated every 10 minutes. Users can monitor this ratio for all digital assets supported by insurance on the Insurance Contract Rule.
