Update login regulations (10.2024)

Dear Nami Community,


In order to improve security standards and strengthen the safety of users' assets, Nami Exchange would like to announce an update to the mobile devices login regulations from 2024-11-04 03:00 (UTC).

Accordingly, from the above mentioned time, Nami Exchange mobile application will only allow logging in to one verified account on one mobile device (*) within 24 hours (**).

Users can proactively check the list of devices and web browsers used to log in to the account in the Devices tab, Security function subgroup, Account information section.

(*) Including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, phablets and other mobile devices...

(**) Meaning users will need to wait 24 hours from the time they log out of their current account to be able to log in to another account.


Important Notice:

  • The new regulation aims to limit logging in and using multiple accounts on the same device. Users who only use a single account will not be affected by this new regulation.
  • Restricting multiple account logins on the same device may affect the interaction with the active trading positions, users need to pay special attention to proactively make necessary adjustments with the positions before the new regulations are applied to avoid affecting trading profits
  • Users are strongly advised not to share personal information, passwords, OTP codes and other security information with anyone, not to accept logins for anyone in any form to minimize security and asset safety risks
