Update the mechanism of Buy and Sell via Partner feature

Dear Nami Community,

In order to make it more convenient for new users to use the Buy Sell via Partners feature, and to encourage and expand the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner system, thereby creating more convenience for users, Nami would like to announce the changes of Buy and Sell via Partner mechanism at 2023-07-04 08:00 (UTC). These updates are introduced in the latest app version of Nami Exchange (v2.1.3 195047).


Details:

1.Added an option where the system automatically selects the right partner when the user creates an order

Accordingly, user can allow the system to automatically select a partner when creating a Buy or Sell order that best suits the generated order.


Automatic mechanism for selecting Deposit and Withdrawal Partners:

  • The system will automatically search for suitable partners within 01 minute as soon as the user creates an order
  • Requests for orders will be sent to the 3 most suitable partners
  • The fastest order receiving partner will be introduced to the user for order processing
  • The user can completely cancel the order when there is no suitable partner

Automatic partner selection criteria:

  • In the same referral system with the user
  • Have corresponding available assets (with Buy order)
  • Have at most 02 orders in processing status
  • Online and last active within 02 minutes
  • Have a maximum of 03 Cancelled Buy or Sell orders within 24 hours

Note: The above list is for reference only, the criteria will be continuously changed to suit the needs of users and partners in actual operation.


2. Update fee mechanism of Sell via Partner with VNDC and USDT

From the foregoing, Nami will replace the partner bonus system with the Sell via Partner fee mechanism.

Accordingly:

  • Users will need to pay a small fee of at least 2,000 VNDC for each Partner Withdrawal.
  • This fee will be a direct bonus for the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner to execute the user's Sell order
  • Users can also increase this fee with high volume orders to increase the chances of order processing

3. Update fee mechanism of Sell via Partner with VNST

From 2023-09-22 04:00 (UTC), specifically for VNST assets, Nami Exchange applies a withdrawal fee at a rate of 0.02% on the volume of VNST withdrawn through the Deposit Withdrawal Partner network.

Note:

  • With a rate of 0.02%, the larger the withdrawal value, the higher the withdrawal fee will be but it will not be lower than 2,000 VNST and not higher than 20,000 VNST. That means users withdrawing less than 10,000,000 VNST will still be subject to a withdrawal fee of 2,000 VNST, withdrawing more than 100,000,000 VNST will only be subject to a withdrawal fee of 20,000 VNST.
  • This fee is considered a bonus for the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner and is paid directly to the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner when the order is completed.

Important information

  • Users will not be able to use the Sell via Partner feature in older versions of Nami Exchange app
  • Sell fee mechanism applies concurrently with the Commission mechanism for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners
  • From 2024-03-29 11:00 (UTC), Nami Exchange does not apply daily volume limits to the Deposit Withdrawal Partner system.
  • From 2023-04-07 17:00 (UTC), Deposit and Withdrawal Partners need to successfully complete at least 01 order within 07 days to maintain partner status.
