Reset password of Nami Exchange account

At Nami Exchange exchange, users have 02 forms of login, users need to identify the right login method to perform reset password.


1.Reset password on Nami Exchange website

Step 1: At the main screen select the Sign In button


Step 2: Click on the button “Forgot Password”


Step 3: The user needs to enter the email, then select the Confirm button. The screen will display an email message notifies a reset link has sent to your email.


Step 4: Check your email and click the “Reset Password” button.

Step 5: Enter the new password and verify the password again and finally click the “Reset password” button to complete. Now you can log in with the registered email address and newly reset password.


2.Reset password on Nami Exchange application

Step 1: At the main screen select the Login button


Step 2: Click “Forgot Password”


Step 3: The user needs to enter the email address, then select the Confirm button. The screen will now display asking the user to enter the OTP code.


Step 4: Check your mailbox, get OTP, copy and return to fill in the Nami Exchange app.


Step 5: Enter the new password and finally click the “Change password” button to complete. Users can now log in with registered email address and newly reset password.


Note:

  • In case the email is not found in the main box, user might need to check the spam/junk box.
  • For your safety, your account will be restricted from withdrawing within 24 hours from the time you reset your password.
