What is nami sea? nami sea (nami smart exchange assistant) is an AI assistant built specifically for the Nami ecosystem, distinguished by its ability to: - Guide users through the interface, account registration, KYC process, and essential operations on the platform. - Provide quick and accurate answers to questions about products, features, deposit/withdrawal procedures, trading, and security. - Visualize, analyze, and interpret account data (assets, transaction history, etc.) in a clear and intuitive way. - Suggest appropriate actions when users encounter errors, operational issues, or need clarification on specific information. How to use nami sea 1. Accessing nami sea Step 1: On the latest version of the Nami platform, select the nami sea icon on the main interface. Step 2: Tap “ Get started ” to activate the assistant. 2. Asking nami sea questions Users can interact with nami sea in two ways: - Select a suggested question : Choose one of the available suggestions on the screen. The system will respond immediately with the corresponding answer. - Enter a custom question : Type the question in the chat box and send it. It is recommended to describe the context and request clearly. For example: “How to deposit assets into Nami”; “What is the funding rate and how is it calculated?” Please wait a few seconds for the system to process and return the most relevant response. Depending on the question and related data, nami sea will automatically select the appropriate display format such as text, data tables, or visual charts, helping users easily review and understand the information. 3. Interacting with responses from nami sea For each response, users can: - Copy content : Select the Copy icon to save and use the information on other channels when needed. - Rate the response : Select Like/Dislike to provide feedback on the quality of the answer. If a response is not satisfactory, users can select the appropriate reason (incorrect or missing information, unclear language, missing details, unfriendly tone, or other reasons). Each piece of feedback helps nami sea improve answer quality and enhance the overall user experience. 4. Handling unsuitable responses If the response does not fully address the request, users can: - Refine the question with more specific context (product, type of transaction, timeframe, etc.), or - Select the Contact Support option to be connected with the support team for timely assistance. 5. Managing conversation History nami sea stores conversation history so users can easily review and manage previous interactions: Step 1 – View history : Go to History to see the list of past conversations. Step 2 – Rename a conversation : Select a conversation and update its title for easier reference.
