Buy and Sell directly with a Nami Partner

Dear Nami Community,

To be ready to trade digital assets, users need to prepare some capital in popular stablecoins (which are digital currencies pegged to fiat currencies like USDT or VNDC), this becomes special complex for new market entrants.

To make it easier for new users to start trading, Nami Exchange cooperates with a team of Deposit and Withdrawal Partners to assist users in depositing and withdrawing these stablecoins. Below are the basic instructions for buying and selling through Nami Partners.

Important Notices:

  • To increase the convenience of deposit and withdrawal transactions through partners, users are required to enter a contact phone number before using this feature.
  • Users and partners are encouraged to actively communicate to speed up order processing
  • Users are limited to 02 Buy orders and 02 Sell orders at the same time to avoid creating too many orders and not being able to process them by the partner, leading to bad experiences in the trading process.
  • No limit of Buy through partners every day
  • Sell Limit via Partners is 500 million VNDC or 25,000 USDT per day
  • From 2023-07-04 (UTC), users will need to pay a small fee to the partner, minimum from 2,000 VNDC, to a sell order via partner
  • Buy and Sell Directly with Nami Partner is only available with Vietnamese users
  • Users need to update to the latest app version to use this feature


I. Deposit directly via Nami partner

On Nami Exchange app

Step 1: At the main interface, select Deposit, then go to the tab Buy Via Partner


Step 2: Fill in the necessary information according to the instructions

  • Select the token (VNDC or USDT)
  • Enter the amount of tokens you want to buy
  • Choose a Partner or let the system automatically look for suitable partner

Then select Buy (USDT or VNDC) button.


Step 3: Check the information of Partner again. If all information are correct, select Confirm:


Step 4: Check the transaction details and select I Have Transferred


On Nami Exchange website

Step 1: Access Nami Exchange website, choose Wallet -> Overview


Step 2: Choose Deposit


Step 3: At the Deposit interface, users can choose the following information:

  • Select Deposit via Partner
  • Enter the amount of assets you want to deposit
  • Choose the Partner or let the system automatically find suitable partner
  • Select Buy


Step 4: Confirm the transfer information, execute a transfer order to Partner's account and select I have transferred


Step 5: Wait for the partner to confirm receipt of the transfer. The transaction will be completed as soon as the partner confirms, user can check the balance in the Nami Exchange wallet.

Note: Users can directly contact the partner to process the order by calling the partner phone number displayed on the screen directly.


II. Withdraw directly via Nami partner

On Nami Exchange app

Step 1: At the main interface, select Withdraw, then choose Sell Via Partner


Step 2: Fill in the necessary information according to the instructions

  • Select tokens to sell (USDT, VNDC) and fill the amount which you want to sell
  • Choose a partner or let the system automatically find a suitable partner
  • Select Withdraw

Step 3: Wait for the partner to confirm the order and proceed with the transfer to your specified account, then click I have received the money after receiving the transfer

Note: Users can contact the partner directly by pressing the phone icon next to the partner's full name information, or call directly via the partner's phone number displayed on the screen.


Step 4: After completing the transaction check, Nami Exchange will send user a notification via the app and user can check your transaction in Transaction history


On Nami Exchange website

Step 1: Access Nami Exchange website, choose Wallet -> Overview


Step 2: Select Withdraw


Step 3: At the Withdraw interface, users can choose the following information:

  1. Select Withdraw via Partner
  2. Enter the amount of assets to withdraw
  3. Choose a partner or let the system automatically find a suitable partner
  4. Select Sell


Step 4: Wait for the partner to receive the order and transfer the money to your designated account


After the partner confirms the transfer, check the account and select I received fiat

Note: Users can directly contact the partner by calling the partner phone number displayed on the screen directly.

Check transaction history

Step 1: At the main interface, select Deposit/Withdraw, then select the Transaction history icon in the right corner:


Step 2: At the Deposit/Withdraw History, users can check the Buy/Sell Via Partner history:
