Nami Futures maintenance from 2024-10-23

Dear Nami Community,

In order to upgrade the system and prepare for the launch of new features, Nami Exchange would like to announce the maintenance of Nami Futures from 2024-10-23 08:00 (UTC).


Maintenance method:

  • From 2024.10.23 07:30 (UTC), the system will stop accepting new order requests, including requests to open new positions or increase trading volume for all trading pairs. Users will still be able to adjust SL-TP, add margin, or partially/fully close positions from this point onwards.
  • From 2024.10.23 08:00 (UTC), the system will temporarily suspend trading, close all pending orders, and automatically close all active positions at the market price at that time.

Important notes:

  • The Nami Futures trading system will operate normally immediately after the system upgrade is completed. Information about the expected maintenance completion time will be sent to users in another announcement.
  • Users are recommended to proactively close active positions before the trading suspension to avoid any potential impact on profits.
  • This maintenance only affects Nami Futures trading product. All other activities on the Nami Exchange trading platform, including but not limited to NAO Futures, Spot, Swap, Nami Earn, Auto-Invest... and Deposits / Withdrawals of digital assets, will continue to operate as usual.
