Off-chain send and receive is a feature that allows users to transfer digital assets between Nami wallets quickly, securely, and without any fees. Step 1: Access the On-chain Deposit Screen From the Home screen , navigate to Wallet , select Deposit , and then choose On-chain Deposit. Step 2: Select Your asset and Network - Select asset: Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit, such as USDT, BTC, or ETH. - Select network: Each asset may support multiple networks. You must select the correct blockchain network (e.g., USDT-ERC20, USDT-TRC20, USDT-BEP20). Note : The deposit network must match the withdrawal network of the sending wallet. Selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Step 3: Copy the Deposit address The system will display the Deposit address and may include a Memo/Tag (if applicable). You can either tap Copy address or scan the QR code to ensure you get the exact address. Step 4: Send from an External wallet 4.1. Open your personal wallet or the platform where your funds are stored. 4.2. Select the Withdraw/Send function, paste the copied address, and choose the correct corresponding network. 4.3. How to make an On-chain Withdrawal Step 1: Access the On-chain Withdrawal Screen From the Home screen , navigate to Wallet, select Withdraw , and then choose On-chain Withdrawal. Step 2: Select Your Asset to Withdraw Choose the asset you want to withdraw, such as USDT, BTC, or ETH. Ensure that the asset has a sufficient balance in your Spot Wallet. Step 3: Enter Withdrawal information and confirm 3.1. Enter recipient wallet address: Direct entry: Paste the recipient's wallet address into the " Recipient's wallet address " field or use the QR code scanner. Select from Address Book : Go to the Address Book, select a saved address, and double-check the address, network, and Memo (if applicable). 3.2 . Step 2: Add a New Address - Tap the (+) icon or select Add address on the Address Book Management screen. - Wallet Address: Paste the exact wallet address corresponding to the token. - Network: Select the correct network that corresponds to the address you entered. - Alias: Add an easy-to-remember name (e.g., "My Metamask Wallet," "Binance Wallet") to easily identify it. - Memo/Tag (if applicable): Enter the memo/tag information if required. After entering the details, tap Save tocomplete the process. At the main interface, users select "Receive" , then find the wallet of the asset which the user wants to receive from Nami, check the Blockchain network carefully. Step 2: Check the information about Blockchain and wallet address again, then select “Copy” wallet address. Step 3: Log in Nami website. At the main interface, select the “Wallet” then tap “Exchange Wallet” . Step 4: Select “Withdraw” , then select the assets to withdraw, for example, select USDT.
