In order to increase convenience when trading digital assets on Nami Exchange, Nami officially provides the Price Alert feature on the Nami Exchange mobile application from 2023-12-06 09:00 (UTC).
The Digital Asset Price Fluctuation Alert feature allows users to optionally set price fluctuation alerts for a variety of digital assets, a variety of transaction types (Spot or Futures), a variety of fluctuations, and a variety of change rate. With the above advantages, the Price Alert feature will provide a highly personalized utility, maximally serving the needs of each individual user.
The following article will provide detailed instructions on how to install Price Alerts.
1. Access the Price Alert feature
- Users need to allow the Nami Exchange application to send notifications to users via the device's notification settings:
- Access the Notification icon on the Spot or Futures Trading interfaces
2. Settings Alerts
- At the Alerts interface, click Create new alert
- At the Create Alert interface, users can freely select the trading pair, enter price, frequency and click Create Alert, the screen will notify that Alert was successfully created.
3. Edit and Delete Alerts
- Edit an Alert: Click the Edit icon at each Alert, adjust the price and frequency, then click Update:
- Remove an Alert: click the Delete icon at each Alert, then click Confirm

Important notice:
Depending on the device and the connection speed to the trading server, there might be a delay of up to 5 minutes between the time the price alert is sent to the user via the mobile application and the email box with the actual time the digital asset price touches the set price.
