Dear Nami Community,

As latest announcement from partner Binance, Nami Exchange would like to announce the support of the BinaryX (BNX) Token Swap and Rebranding to Four (FORM), details as described below:

1.Futures trading on NAO Futures:

• At 2025-03-17 08:30 (UTC), Nami will suspend trading for the BNX/USDT and BNX/VNST. Please note that users are allowed to close any existing positions after this time.
• At 2025-03-17 09:00 (UTC), Nami will close all positions, conduct an automatic settlement and cancel all pending orders on the BNX/USDT and BNX/VNST, and delist those contracts after the settlement is complete. Users are advised to close any open positions prior to above mentioned time to avoid automatic settlement.

2.Spot and Swap trading on Nami Exchange

• At 2025-03-18 03:00 (UTC), Nami Exchange will suspend and delist all BNX/USDT and BNX/VNST spot and swap trading pairs and cancel all pending spot trade orders.
• At 2025-03-18 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of BNX will be suspended. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your BNX deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.

3.Nami Earn

At 2025-03-17 03:00 (UTC), Nami Earn will cease support for BNX Earn Pools, and subscriptions will no longer be available, all BNX balances from existing subscriptions will be automatically redeemed and credited to users’ Spot Wallets after 2025-03-17 03:00 (UTC). Users may also choose to redeem their assets from BNX Nami Earn Pools anytime before the aforementioned time.

4.Auto-Invest

Since 2025-03-15 11:00 (UTC), Nami Exchange will cease support BinaryX (BNX) with Auto-Invest function, all auto-invest plans with BNX will not have buy orders executed. Users are strongly advised to adjust plans that include BNX assets before the aforementioned time.

5.Conversion's schedule and rate

• After 2025-03-18 03:30 (UTC), Nami Exchange will recover all old BNX balances, and begin the distribution of new FORM to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 BNX = 1 FORM.
• At 2025-03-21 13:00 (UTC), trading will open for new FORM/USDT and FORM/VNST spot and swap trading pairs.
• Deposits with Four (FORM) will expectedly open at 2025-03-21 12:00 (UTC), Withdrawals opening time will be notified to users in this article.
