Maintenance of on-chain Deposits

Dear Nami Community,


In order to improve service quality and optimize security, Nami Exchange would like to announce the maintenance of on-chain Deposits since 2024-05-21 17:00 (UTC).

Estimated maintenance time: 72 hours

Updated on 2024-05-29: Due to technical reasons, maintenance period is longer than expected and the maintenance has been completed on 2024-05-29 03:15 (UTC).

Specifically during maintenance:

  • The on-chain deposit portal for most assets will be temporarily closed
  • On-chain deposit portals with VNST, NAO, NAMI and VNDC operate normally
  • Buy and sell via partners with VNST, USDT and VNDC assets operates normally
  • On-chain withdrawal portal for all digital assets operates normally
  • All products and services, including but not limited to Spot, Swap, Nami Futures, NAO Futures trades, Nami Insurance products, Nami Earn, Nami Lending services... are not affected

Note: The maintenance period is tentative and may end earlier than scheduled. There will be no further notice regarding reopening of the on-chain deposit gate after completion of maintenance.
