Case 1: Withdraw cryptocurrency from Nami Exchange to another exchange/wallet

Users withdrawing cryptocurrency from Nami Exchange to another exchange or wallet with wrong wallet address or Blockchain will be outside the scope of Nami's support. For these reasons the system starts the withdrawal process of cryptocurrency as soon as the user presses the “Confirm” button. So in this case, users need to contact customer service on the receiving exchange or wallet for support.

Case 2: Withdrawing cryptocurrency from other exchange/wallet to Nami Exchange

Users who deposit cryptocurrency from another wallet or exchange into Nami Exchange with the wrong wallet or Blockchain address, please contact Nami Support Team and provide the transaction's TxHash/TxID to be checked and supported.

Note: Depending on the case, Nami Exchange can support  cryptocurrency recovery when users send the wrong wallet or Blockchain address, the fee to support recovery is 100 USD.
