Deposit directly via Nami partner

Step 1: At the main interface, select Deposit, then go to the tab Buy Via Partner

Step 2: Fill in the necessary information according to the instructions

1. Select the token (VNDC, USDT)
2. Enter the amount of tokens you want to buy
3. Choose a Partner

Step 3: After filling in the necessary information, select the Buy button

Step 4: Check the information of Partner again. If all information is correct, select Confirm

Step 5: Check the transaction details and select I Have Transferred

Step 6: After checking the transfer, Nami Exchange will notify the successful transaction to the user

Withdraw directly via Nami partner

Step 1: At the main interface, select Withdraw, then choose Sell Via Partner

Step 2: Fill in the necessary information according to the instructions

1. Select tokens to sell ( USDT, VNDC) and fill the amount which you want to sell
2. Select a payment method (to complete this step, the account needs to be Identity Verified )
3. Choose a partner
4. After completing the above information, select Sell

Step 3:  Check the information of Partner again. If all information is correct, select Confirm

Step 5: Enter the required code and select Verify to complete withdrawal

Step 4: It will take a short time for Nami Exchange to confirm the transaction. Users can check the transaction information again, if necessary, select Cancel transaction

Step 5: After completing the transaction check, Nami Exchange will send user a notification via the app and user can check your transaction in Transaction history

Check transaction history

Step 1: At the main interface, select Deposit/Withdraw, then select the Transaction history icon in the right corner:

Step 2: At the Transaction history interface, users can check the Buy/Sell Via Partner history in Fiat tab:

• The Buy & Sell Directly via Partner Function is currently only available on the Nami Exchange mobile app.
• Minimum transaction value is 300,000 VND.
• The correct and sufficient content when transferring money is required.
• Only transfer to Partners that are nominated on the list. The transactions with any accounts not on the list may result in loss of assets.
