Futures Trading Maintenance from 17:00 27.11.2022 (UTC)

Dear Nami Community,


Following the latest announcement from our partner ONUS about ONUS application maintenance, and periodic maintenance schedule, Nami would like to announce the maintenance of Nami Futures and ONUS Futures from 17:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC).


Maintenance method:

  • The system will stop accepting new orders opening requests (including opening new positions and increasing trading volume orders) from 16:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC).
  • From 17:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC), the system will not automatically close opening positions or delete pending positions with all trading pairs, but users will not be able to access Nami Futures and ONUS Futures to make adjustments for position. Users are recommended to manually close all opening positions, delete all pending positions before the maintenance starting time to reduce trading risks when positions can hit SL or be liquidated during maintenance time.

Expected maintenance period: from 17:00 November 27, 2022 to 23:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC)

The maintenance period could be longer than expected, there will not be following announcement after the maintenance finished and trading activities for ONUS Futures operates normally.
