To track balance on Nami Exchange application, after user login follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the “Wallet” icon in the lower right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Check the balance of all wallet or detail to single asset in every wallet

2.Track balance on website

To monitor and check balance on Nami Exchange website, after logging in users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the upper right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Check the balance of all wallet or detail to single asset in every wallet

Tips: The Overview interface helps users have an general overview of total balance from all wallets, it is necessary to monitor every single wallet and asset if you want to check specific balances.

II. How to track deposits/withdrawals history?

1.Track deposit/withdrawal history on Nami App

After logging in to Nami Exchange app, users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the lower right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Click on any token of the list in the below picture.

Step 3: Select the "History" icon in the upper right corner of the screen

Step 4: After going to the Deposit/Withdraw History screen, users will have two main categories that can be selected to check according to their needs: Buy/Sell via Partner or Crypto

Check the history by 4 options:

1. All: All deposit and withdraw history of all tokens.
2. Processing: A list of transactions that are pending.
3. Completed: History of transactions that have been successful
4. Denied: History of failed transactions.

Use can click on a specific transaction to check detailed information, such as: TxID (transaction hash), deposit address, transaction type (on-chain/off-chain)...

2.Track deposit/withdrawal history on website

After logging in to Nami Exchange website, users follow these steps to check deposit/withdrawal history:

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select “Overview” or “Exchange wallet”.

Step 3: Select “Deposit” or “Withdraw” to check the history:
