Nami ID is an identifier that includes alphanumeric information allocated to each account. Users need to provide their ID to customer support when having problems. Follow the steps below to find your Nami ID on the Nami website or app.

On the website Nami.exchange

Step 1: Log in to the Nami Exchange website

Step 2: Go to profile and select Personal Profile. You'll see your user ID next to your email address at the top of the page

On the Nami app

Step 1: Log in to Nami Exchange app

Step 2: Go to the profile section at the top left corner

Step 3: Your user ID will appear at the top of the page
