In order to provide more convenience and motivate partners in community development, as well as simplify current partnership programs, Nami Exchange updates new policies for partnership programs, Affiliate partner and Community partner, effective from 2025-04-30 17:00 (UTC). The updates are as follows:

1. Update on registration conditions for Community partners.
2. New exclusive commission policy for Community partners. 
3. Transition of the Affiliate Partners to Community Partners.

Below are the details of the policy updates for partnership programs.

1.Update on registration conditions for Community partners

In order to facilitate users in upgrading to Community Partner status more easily and enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits, Nami Exchange updates the criteria for approval to become an official Community Partner, as follows:

• The system will automatically review the performance of users at 17:00 (UTC) everyday from the moment they register for the Community Partner program.
• The performance will be calculated based on the total trading volume of direct users within the last 30 days.

Notes:

• Once a user is upgraded as an Official partner, the system will review the performance for upgradation to a higher level on the 1st day of the following month, in accordance with the current policy.
• The conditions for maintaining monthly performance at each level of the Community Partner level remain unchanged.

2.New exclusive commission policy for Community Partners

In order to support and encourage partners in developing their network, Nami Exchange has introduced an enhanced commission policy for Community Partners. In addition to the current benefits and commission policies, partners can earn an additional up to 10% commission each month upon meeting one of the following conditions:

• Conditions related to new direct users:
  • Partners who onboard 25 new direct users will receive an additional 5% commission from the direct users within the network.
  • Partners who onboard 50 new direct users will receive an additional 10% commission from the direct user within the network.
• Conditions related to trading volume:
  • Partners will receive an additional 5% commission from the direct user system if the total trading volume of NAO Futures reaches 5,000,000 USDT.
  • Partners will receive an additional 10% commission from the direct user system if the total trading volume of NAO Futures reaches 10,000,000 USDT.

Note:

• The trading volume condition will be calculated based on the total trading volume of NAO Futures from the partner's direct user within the network and will be converted into a common USDT value for approval.
• New direct users refer to users who create an account and successfully complete KYC verification within the month, and achieve a minimum NAO Futures trading volume of 4,000 USDT.
• All partner achievements will be calculated starting from the 1st day of the month, and rewards will be distributed to partners before the 5th of the following month.

3.Transition from Affiliate Partner program to Community Partner program

In order to unify and simplify partner programs with a focus on building a comprehensive community, Nami Exchange will officially discontinue the Affiliate Partner Program, effective from 2025-04-30 17:00 (UTC).

Current Affiliate Partners will transition to the Community Partner Program and will continue to receive benefits under the existing Community Partner policy, as outlined below:

• Based on the total NAO Futures trading volume from direct users of the partner between 2025-03-31 17:00 to 2025-04-30 17:00 (UTC), Affiliate Partners will be upgraded under the Community Partner program as follows:

• All users under the partner’s downline will be transitioned to the Community Partner program, including direct and indirect users of the Affiliate Partner. Sub-partners and users introduced by sub-partners will be identified as F1 and F2, respectively, when transitioning to the Community Partner program.

Important Notes:

• After transitioning to the Community Partner program, the maximum number of codes that each partner can create will be 30 (up from the previous limit of 20).
• For partners who participate in both the Community Partner and Affiliate Partner programs, the system will upgrade them as Community Partners from Platinum level upwards, based on the total trading volume in both partnership programs..
• Affiliate Partners transitioning to the Community Partner program will have their partner level determined based on the Community Partner program’s conditions in the following months.
