1.Nami Partner System
Nami Partner system is divided into 4 levels:
- Official Partner
- Gold Partner
- Platinum Partner
- Diamond Partner
2.Conditions to become a Partner
Each level of Partner enjoys certain benefits, in order to register to become a Partner as well as advance to new levels, you need to meet the corresponding conditions, specifically:

Important Notices:
- All users need to complete KYC to be eligible to register or upgrade a Partner’s rank.
- The partner needs to maintain the basic condition of Trading Volume or Total Q-Cover to keep the tier every month.
- The index required for Partners' ranking is calculated across the entire referral system
- Trading volume from VNST or other assets is converted to USDT equivalent value. Futures volume includes Nami Futures and NAO Futures, Spot volume includes both spot and swap trading volume.
- The system will update the data and automatically rank partners at 17:00 (UTC) on the first day of each month
- From the 2023-07-31 17:00 (UTC) qualifying period, the program removes the maintaining condition on monthly new friends and commissions, and increases the Trading Volume required of referral system to maintain or upgrade a partner rank.
- From the 2023-10-31 17:00 (UTC) qualifying period, the program add a optional condition of Total Q-Cover value of whole referral system as a qualification criteria for upgrading and maintaining partner rank
- Nami Earn and Nami Lending commissions will be converted to USDT and paid to each user's Commission Wallet
3.Commission rate
a. Spot, Exchange and Futures trading
The Partner System can enjoy commissions of up to 40% of trading fees from users' Spot, Swap and Futures transactions. Partner Commissions will be compounded once every hour.
The partner system will receive commission up to 35% Daily Staking referral's actual profit. Commissions will be paid daily at the same time as Daily Staking interest is paid (17:00 UTC)
With the Nami Insurance product on Nami Exchange, the Community Development Partner system will have the opportunity to receive a commission of up to 3.5% of the total Q-Cover insurance value for the insurance contracts of the referred person. Commissions are compounded every hour. Please note, depending on the status of the insurance contract when closing, the formula for calculating the Commission will change as follows:
- Commission for Paid contracts = Commission Rate x Q-Claim
- Commission for Margin Refund contracts = Commission Rate x Margin
- Liquidated contracts do not generate commissions
d. Nami Earn
The partner system will receive the commission of 10% the referral's Earn reward, Nami Earn commission will be paid at the end of the Earn period. Nami Earn registration withdrawn before maturity will not incur commission.
e. Nami Lending
The partner system will receive commission of 10% the actual lending interest of the referrals, this lending interest will only be settled when the loan ends (at the end of the loan term, loan liquidation or upon early settlement loan), therefore, Nami Lending commissions will also be paid when the loan ends.

For example:
Trading commission:
User A is successfully introduced from Official Partner B and makes a transaction with a Futures transaction fee of 10 USDT, partners in the same system will receive the corresponding commission value as follows: Partner Official B: 2.5 USDT. Gold, Platinum and Diamond partners in the same system: 0.5 USDT.
Daily Staking Commission:
User A is successfully introduced from Official Partner B and stores USDT assets on Nami Exchange with a Daily Staking profit of 5 USDT per day, partners in the same system will receive the corresponding price Commission value is as follows: Official partner B: 0.4 USDT. Gold, Platinum and Diamond partners in the same system: 0.25 USDT VNST.
Nami Insurance commission:
User A is successfully introduced from Official Partner B and has Insurance Contracts paid with a total Q-Cover of 1,000 USDT, partners in the same system will receive the corresponding commission value as following: Official partner B: 20 USDT, Gold, Platinum and Diamond partners in the same system: 5 USDT.
Nami Earn commission:
User A is successfully introduced from Official Partner B and registers to participate in the Nami Earn package of Send BNB to receive BNB with an Earn reward at the end of the period of 0.1 BNB, partners in the same system will receive accordingly Commission value is as follows: Official partner B: 0.00625 BNB, Gold, Platinum and Diamond partners in the same system: 0.00125 BNB.
4.Commission Wallet
Every user has a Commission Wallet, the system will send all commissions to this wallet. Users can withdraw the commission to the main wallet when the commission with each asset reaches the equivalent quantity of: 10,000 VNDC, 10,000 VNST, 0.5 USDT, 10 NAO or 50 NAMI.
Users and Partners can easily statistics the number of commissions received by month, by subordinate users, and can filter by transaction types that receive commissions (daily staking commissions, futures commissions, spot commissions...) through Nami Exchange Commission Report.
How to register as a Community Partner of Nami Exchange
Step 1: Log in to Nami.Exchange, select Account.
Step 2: Select Referral.
Step 3: At the Referral interface, select the Partner Registration button.
Step 4: Enter personal information according to the corresponding section to Register as Nami's Business Partner.
The system will calculate achievements and automatically rank partners for registered users in the next ranking period
