Nami Exchange Launches Account Deactivation and adding Margin for Futures

1.Account Deactivation Feature

To meet the requirements of the Appstore platforms, from July 29, 2022, Nami Exchange presents the Account Deactivation feature. With this feature, you will be able to proactively stop all your activities on the Nami Exchange app.


Specifically, Deactivating an account will lead to the following results:

  • User's account will have all trading functions disabled.
  • All pending withdrawals will be canceled.

Note:

  • User's verified information will not be erased. Users can still reactivate the account whenever needed.
  • To reactivate your account, please contact Nami’s support.

Steps to Deactivate Account:

  • Step 1: Select the Account in the main interface
  • Step 2: Go to the Profile interface to implement the Delete account feature
  • Step 3: Read the attached notes carefully, then select Delete account
  • Step 4: Select Agree to confirm and complete the disabling

2. Adding margin with Futures trading

To meet the needs of users, in order to minimize the risk of liquidation of Futures trading orders, Nami Futures has added the Add Margin feature to optimize the user's trading experience.


Steps to add margin to Futures trading:

  • Step 1: Go to Futures interface on Nami Exchange application, select Open orders. Then select Adjust Margin in the respective Futures order. Note that this feature only applies to orders that have completed price matching
  • Step 2: Enter the amount of margin to be adjusted then select Confirm

Note:

  • The Add Margin feature is a useful tool for users to stretch the Liquidation price, thereby adding time to maintain the order and setting a new SL price to avoid the order being liquidated.
  • Adding margin does not affect the absolute PnL of the order, it only changes the displayed PnL Rate
  • Users need to update the Nami Exchange application to the latest version (2.0.5) to use new features.
