The Swap feature enables users to convert digital assets quickly and conveniently directly within the Nami app. With its user-friendly interface and transparent pricing mechanism, Swap eliminates complex trading steps, allowing users to seamlessly access and utilize assets throughout the Nami ecosystem. The detailed steps for executing a Swap transaction are outlined below. How to use Swap on Nami app? Step 1: Access the Swap feature From the home screen, tap the " Trade " button on the navigation bar. Next, select " Swap " to open the swap interface. Step 2: Select the asset pair Tap on the asset fields in the " From " and " To " sections to open the asset list. Select the desired assets. The system prioritizes displaying assets with a balance and recently viewed assets. Users can also use the search bar for a quick lookup. Step 3: Preview the exchange rate & price chart After selecting an asset pair, the system will display the exchange rate, which is updated continuously in real-time. For a more in-depth analysis, users can tap on the rate section to open a detailed price chart with various time frames. Step 4: Enter the Swap amount Enter the amount of the asset you wish to swap. The system will automatically calculate and display the estimated amount of the destination asset to be received based on the current exchange rate. Note : - To execute a Swap, users must ensure the assets are in their Spot Wallet. - Each trading pair has a minimum swap amount. Please ensure your balance is greater than this minimum for the transaction to be successful. Step 5: Review and confirm the transaction Select " Preview Swap ". A confirmation window will appear, displaying all transaction details for a final review, including: - Swap amount - Estimated amount to be received - Applicable exchange rate (refreshes every 6 seconds) - Transaction fee - After reviewing, tap the “ Swap ” button to confirm the transaction. Important Notes: - In case the transaction fails, please try again after a few moments. If the issue persists, please contact Nami Support for assistance. - Due to market volatility, the actual amount of assets received may have a slight difference from the estimated amount. - The transaction will result in an error if: - The swap amount is lower than the required minimum. - The swap amount exceeds the available balance in your Spot Wallet. How to view your Swap history Step 1: Access the Swap history screen On the Swap screen, tap the History icon located in the top-right corner. You will be directed to a list of your recorded Swap transactions. Step 2: View transaction details To view detailed information, tap on a specific transaction from the list. Note: The transaction history will only be displayed after the user has successfully completed at least one Swap transaction. How to use Swap on Nami website? At the home page of Nami website, select Product , then choose Swap Step 1: Select the first asset and enter the amount (1) Step 2: Select the second asset you want to change to (2). Users can refer to the exchange rate at (3) Step 3: Press the "Preview Swap" button. At this step, Nami will notify the exchange rate for the users to confirm the Swap.
