Before registering as a Deposit and Withdrawal Partner on the Nami, users need to: - Register an account on Nami . - Complete account verification (KYC) on the Nami application . - Become a Community Partner on Nami . How to Register as a Deposit and Withdrawal Partner Step 1: Access the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner registration screen On the Home screen, select Account , then select Collaboration and tap Register as a Deposit and Withdrawal Partner. Step 2: Submit registration Tap Register Now to send your application and wait for system approval. You will receive a notification once the registration is successful. How to Configure and Manage Orders Step 1: Access the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner screen After successful registration and approval, go to Account , select Collaboration , then tap Partner to access the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner dashboard. Step 2: Set limits and order conditions In the Information tab, partners can enable/disable receiving orders and configure the minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Important Notes - Partners must maintain a balance of V1K or USDT in their Nami Wallet to accept deposit orders. This balance will be temporarily locked during the process and automatically transferred to the user once the transaction is completed. - To maintain Deposit and Withdrawal Partner status: + You must remain a Community Partner of at least Official rank . + Additionally, you must meet one of the following requirements each month: Complete more than 5 deposit/withdrawal orders. Achieve a total deposit/withdrawal transaction volume of at least 30,000,000 VND. How to Process Deposit Orders Step 1: Access the order screen On the Account screen, select Partner and go to the Open Orders tab. - Automatic deposit orders : When a user creates an order to find a random partner, if you are included in the system’s suggestions, the order will appear under Find Partner . - Manual deposit orders : When a user selects you directly, the order will appear under Pending Confirmation . Note: If a partner rejects more than 3 orders in a day (including deposits and withdrawals), the system will automatically disable their order receiving function. Step 2: Accept order In both Find Partner and Pending Confirmation , tap Accept Order to open the order details and proceed with the transaction. Step 3: Complete the transaction After the user makes the transfer and taps Confirm, the partner must tap Funds Received to finalize the order. - If the user has confirmed the transfer but the partner has not tapped Funds Received , the order will move to Dispute status. Once the partner has received the VND, they must tap Complete to confirm the transaction. - If the user does not confirm the transfer, and the partner has not received VND nor tapped Funds Received , the order will be canceled. Notes: - Users have 10 minutes to make the transfer and confirm. After that, partners also have 10 minutes to confirm receipt. - Partners must only tap Funds Received after VND has been credited to their bank account. - If the transaction is delayed or stuck, please contact Nami Support immediately. How to Process Withdrawal Orders Step 1: Access the order screen On the Account screen, select Partner and go to the Open Orders t ab. - Automatic withdrawal orders : When a user creates an order to find a random partner, if you are included in the system’s suggestions, the order will appear under Find Partner . - Manual withdrawal orders : When a user selects you directly, the order will appear under Pending Confirmation . Note: If a partner rejects more than 3 orders in a day (including deposits and withdrawals), the system will automatically disable their order receiving function. Step 2: Accept order In either Find Partner or Pending Confirmation , tap Accept Order to view the order details and process the transaction. Step 3: Transfer funds to the user and confirm Transfer funds according to the details provided by the user (amount, bank account number, transfer description). After completing the transfer, tap Confirm Transfer and optionally upload proof of payment. If the user does not tap Confirm Transfer and the partner does not confirm receipt of VND, the order will be canceled. Step 4: Receive assets in Spot Wallet Once the user confirms receipt of VND, the system will update the order to success, and the corresponding assets will be credited to the partner’s Spot Wallet. If the user does not confirm, the order will move to dispute status. In this case, the partner must contact Nami Support and provide proof of payment to receive the assets. Notes: - Partners have 10 minutes to make the transfer and confirm. After the partner confirms, the user has 10 minutes to confirm receipt of VND. - Always use the exact payment details provided by the user. - If the transaction is delayed or stuck, please contact Nami Support immediately.
